    DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE THERAPY, PRE, AND POST-NATAL MASSAGE

    Marleny Salas graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College. She is dedicated to providing a safe and effective treatment plan. Each treatment is tailored to meet the client’s goals and therapeutic needs. Marleny took a special interest in maternity massage as it helped her a lot during her pregnancy. Marleny’s treatment modalities include but are not limited to Myofascial techniques, trigger point releases, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage.

    Darcie graduated from the 3000-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005. She chose massage therapy because of her desire and passion to help people and improve their well-being.

    Darcie loves to help motivate each patient, individually, to be proactive in their lives by leading a healthy lifestyle.

    Darcie leads an active lifestyle playing competitive softball and a variety of seasonal outdoor activities. She enjoys all the amazing things BC offers like hiking, cycling, rollerblading, and camping.

    Darcie’s treatment modalities include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, and Swedish massage. These modalities support clients with chronic pain, stress, headache/migraine relief, postural imbalances, sports injury rehabilitation, and Resistance stretching through Ki-Hara.

Sarah Ballard, RMT

    Sarah has a passion for helping people to live an active and healthy lifestyle. She was exposed to massage therapy as a young athlete for maintenance and injury prevention. Sarah graduated from WCCMT’s 3000-hour advanced program. Her skills include trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, PNF stretching, and myofascial release. She believes that everyone can benefit from massage therapy, whether it’s to relax and decrease stress or treat and prevent injury.

  • Vera is a graduate of Vancouver Career College. While completing her diploma, she worked with a variety of patients, including athletes, seniors, and office workers, using techniques like Swedish massage, and trigger point therapy. Her client-centered approach focuses on pain relief, tension reduction, and improving mobility to support each patient’s overall well-being.

    After recovering from a car accident and shoulder dysfunction, Vera discovered firsthand the benefits of massage therapy. This drivers her commitment to helping others achieve similar relief and improved their quality of life.

    In her free time, she enjoys swimming, traveling, exercising, yoga and cooking.

  • Danielle has over 15 years of experience in manual therapy. She is dedicated to helping individuals overcome physical health issues. She finds inspiration in witnessing the positive impact of her work on acute and chronic conditions.

    Danielle graduated from Spa Utopia in 2010 now known as Vancouver School of Massage Therapy, and has developed expertise in addressing chronic treatment-resistant conditions. Danielle is interested in working on upper neck, back, shoulders, TMJ dysfunction, migraines, headaches, low back, and hip tension.

    Eric graduated from the 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. He is passionate about combining therapeutic and relaxing techniques to meet individual needs. Each treatment starts with a thorough assessment and discussion to establish personalized goals.

    Eric works with a variety of patients, helping those with back, neck, and shoulder pain, as well as headaches. He also supports athletes with preventing injuries, maintaining their bodies, and managing injuries. His treatments combine active and passive stretching, deep tissue massage, and trigger point relief.

    Stephanie is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.

    Stephanie incorporates a variety of different techniques into her treatments to provide a balanced and therapeutic approach to supporting patients in their recovery and overall wellness.

    Stephanie grew up playing many sports and still enjoys being active. Outside of work, she participates in skiing, snowshoeing, hockey, soccer, yoga, and Pilates.

    Stephanie is accepting new patients. She looks forward to helping you with your wellness and pain relief.
