Darcie graduated from the 3000-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005. She entered massage therapy program because of her desire and passion to no only help people but to improve their over all well-being.
Darcie loves to help motivate each patient, individually, to be proactive in their lives by leading a healthy lifestyle. Darcie leads an active lifestyle herself. She plays competitive softball and a variety of seasonal outdoor activities. She enjoys all the amazing things that BC has to offer like hiking, cycling, roller-blading and camping.
Treatment techniques and modalities that Darcie treats with are myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, and Swedish massage. These modalities support clients with chronic pain, stress, headache/migraine relief, postural imbalances, sports injury rehabilitation as well as Resistance stretching through Ki-Hara.
Over the past 5 years Darcie has been practicing Ki-Hara resistance stretching as well as Thai-MASHiatsu also known as Mashing. Darcie treats each client as an individual and alters each treatment plan to the specific needs of her clients.

Sarah has a passion for helping people to live an active and healthy lifestyle. She herself was exposed to massage therapy as a young athlete for maintenance and injury prevention. Such experiences motivated her to learn the human body and how she could help others prevent and recover from injuries and meet their personal goals.
Sarah is a recent graduate from WCCMT’s 3000-hour advance program. She has provided treatment at BC Women’s Hospital, UBC varsity football, swimming, volleyball & rugby teams, as well as nursing homes for elderly. She has experience in treating: low back pain, neuropathic pain, headache and migraine relief, postural imbalances, sport injuries, rotator cuff strains, and general discomfort & chronic pain. Her skills include trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, PNF stretching, and myofascial release.
Sarah’s goal is to determine the underlying cause of the issue and focus on making corrections though clinical treatment and home care, such as stretching, strengthening exercises, and hydrotherapy. She keeps in mind that no two people are alike and creates a personalized treatment that is specific to their needs.
Sarah lives an active lifestyle, you can catch her working out at the gym, hiking, snowboarding, or hanging out at the cabin with family and friends. Sarah is very fascinated on how the body works and believes it’s important to maintain educating herself for the longevity of her client’s health. She believes that everyone can benefit from massage therapy, whether it’s to relax and decrease stress or treat and prevent injury.
